Senoia Georgia Maternity | Morgan + Tyler

Senoia, GA

Morgan and Tyler are the coolest parents-to-be. They had previously lived in Atlanta and recently moved to Senoia to be closer to family as they welcome their baby girl into their world. We were going back and forth on locations for their session and it felt best to capture this new season in the small town they now call home. (Also home to the popular tv series, “The Walking Dead”, which I used to be a big fan of until my dreams were flooded with zombies. I had to call it quits.) What a dreamy evening it was to celebrate these two becoming parents!

I often feel like nature responds to the atmosphere that is set when I shoot. When we came across these train tracks, the glow was so stunning, it felt like a kiss from heaven shining down. In another image (which shown here, are black and white versions) there was a tiny rainbow near Morgan’s belly, and no other sun rays nearby. I love when these things happen! One of the benefits to a smaller town is how quiet it gets later in the day. It made this session feel intimate, relaxing, and just for them.
